Auburn Hills Extended Stay Inn

The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Liked: The hotel was very clean; we had a mix up with our room but it was taken care of very quickly.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Liked: Great location and easy to find.
Disliked: The person who checked us in gave no information about anything. He acted bothered that I was there. Started checking next person in before he was done with me just handed me my room keys. Blood on top cover and headboard (couldn't ask for clean stuff because phone didn't work and no staff to be found when we left the room that day)

Hotel Manager should do something...

Liked: Facilities overall were okay.
Disliked: Hotel Manager service was absolutely terrible. She was not polite, didn’t know their own hotel policies. I had an issue respect to a partial refund, she refused to provide my money back for almost 2 weeks, didn’t reply messages and threaten me to call the police when I stop by the lobby to talk to her. The rest of the staff were always helpful, they knew the Manager was wrong. I received my money at the end as I had everything to escalate the issue with the bank and booking.

Not what I was expecting..

Liked: The Area in which the hotel was located very nice and quiet, lot's of dinning options great variety.
Disliked: The Room must have sat empty for a long time, I could write my name in the dust from the kitchen counter and furniture throughout the room. The floors in the kitchen were filthy hair all over the bathroom floor. The cloth I use to spruce up was pitch black.

Worst place I have ever...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. The whole place was disgusting. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Disliked: Not clean. Had a bad smell in the room. The room was not clean. Towels and covers had stains all over them.
