Auburn Hills Extended Stay Inn

The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Liked: The hotel was very clean; we had a mix up with our room but it was taken care of very quickly.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Liked: Everything was exceptional. Great Professionalism demonstrated thru the whole two night stay.
Disliked: In terms, of my second night stay. A very big dog stay on the 3rd floor. Barking alot-Other than that everything was exceptional. My stay was great.

Dirty. Uncomfortable. Disappointing.

Liked: Location was great since it was close to the venue we were seeing a concert at.
Disliked: We chose the location because I was going to a concert for Mother's day, a holiday even thou I am a mother, I typically find it hard to find joy in since my mother passed away. Our room was dirty. For being non-smoking, I was confused by the cigarette ashed in the bathroom on the floor. I notified the desk when I went downstairs because there wasn't a phone in the room so I would not be charged for smoking in the room. The used but dry, dirty, crusty washcloth l realized was hanging on the shower bar was absolutely revolting thou. The bed was not comfortable. We were never given the wifi password information at check-in. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There's construction right next door and its extremely loud being located roght next to the road. I spoke with the front desk when checking out about the dirty rag and the ashes. The gentleman at the desk said the manager would most likely call. Never heard from anyone.
