Okay room, terrible service
Liked: We booked a two bedroom suite with balcony and it was very spacious - view wasn't great though and one of the bathrooms was very small.
Disliked: Check in service was terrible. The person who checked me in was very arrogant and had the type of attitude like the guest should feel privileged to be staying there - that should certainly be the other way around. We also wanted to park the car and whilst yes, parking is limited, it's not THAT limited. The person who checked us in specifically said "you are so lucky there is only one car park available" in a condescending tone, then once handing us our room keys said "just park anywhere on basement 1 or 2" which clearly indicates there was more than one spot available (which we should feel so lucky to have apparently - even though we would be paying for it!) and once we went into the carpark there were plenty of spots. They also made us pay for the room at check in - in any hotel I have every stayed at (having also worked in the industry), i have only ever paid at check out. It was terrible service and this employee needs to be trained in proper customer service and providing a good guest experience. There also wasn't many options in the mini bar - very limited and was mostly alcohol options and almost no snack options other than lollies or chocolate.

Liked: Location, room was a good size, bed was comfortable and liked the bar.
Disliked: Pillows are too soft. Not the same as other Art Series motels. Bathroom was a little small but nice.

Disliked: The service team at breakfast were absolutely diabolical. They have no concept of customer service. I ordered a fresh juice with my breakfast and it never came. After waiting 15 minutes I went to the bar to ask if I could collect it and was told to ‘wait, I am busy’. The waiter / reception person was serving 10 tables but couldn’t cope. A disaster to add breakfast to your package
