You get what you pay...

Liked: It is pretty clean, nothing fancy, only thing available in the area under $200.
Disliked: There were a couple guys just kind of lurking in the mulched flower beds, not scary, just a little odd. There is also a little booth near the back of the parking lot, possibly keeping nightly customers out of the more long term living area. Also, we wake up easily, and coffee is not available until after 7.
