Disliked: Old and very outdated.The rooms were not cleaned good at all and had a smell like something stale. The towels n sheets were stained and the pull out couch was DISGUSTING. We didn’t have much choice as there are really only hotel there. So we went and spent $60 on cleaning n sanitizing items n deep cleaned room n put our sheets on bed n couch. The free bfast is literally old look cereal n juice. The fact i paid 160.00 i just dont see what for bc while cleaning the dust was just layered on the lamps fixtures n phone like they dnt even bother to wipe it down the lysol wipe from the phone was brown n yellow and the from the fixture yellow. The covers has burn holes in them and the pillow was like an old worn out throw pillow didnt even fill the pillow case. They really should take some money and try to update the rooms because they are nice people but the rooms were awful. We requested a different room from first one they gave us n it was much better at all just the toilets didn’t make a loud sound like previous room. I am very humbled but was very disappointed in the lack of care of rooms especially being one out two options to stay and the HIGH risk of getting germs if you do not clean it yourself. I didnt take pics bc i didnt being anything room until we cleaned it.

Terrible

Disliked: Room was non smoking, when entering room smelled like smoke,I had my 92 year old mother with me, I went to front desk to ask for a extra roll of toilet tissue and was told that I had enough in room for 2 people in a very unpleasant tone.I will never stay at this hotel again.
