Great location but noisy and...

Liked: The convenient location next to the theatre, the room arrangement, close to restaurants, breakfast offering, etc. We only stayed one night so it's hard to say what other things we would've liked about our stay.
Disliked: The front desk person was hard to understand and not very friendly, the room had a lot of hair in places that should've been clean, the coffee maker was way too small to accommodate two people on a schedule, limited lighting, and snacks were only available via high-priced vending machines. The worst part was having a room next to a stairway/exit where people were very loud passing through and it went on through late hours of the night and continued from early hours of the morning so we didn't get much sleep.

Liked: New hotel, good location, with very customer friendly staff. The pool and the jacuzzi are super. A gym would be a great addition.Good hot breakfast with sausage and eggs.
