Rude front desk staff/ live...

Liked: The hotel itself was average but the live onsite manager lady is VERY RUDE.
Disliked: I had already stayed two nights and was trying to extend one more in the same room and was charged an extra $28.80 because I paid online instead of cash or directly paying the hotel. My first night I had paid online also and everything was all good so I had no clue I was going to be charged another $28 on top of the $83 I was already being charged. That's completely unacceptable. I have been in the hotel business for years and you guys were totally rude and ridiculous. Your employees are scared to say anything because they need their job. Also that morning I was locked out of my room and after having to go to the front desk twice the lady finally came and unlocked my room manually with the key because it wouldn't work. Then had attitude with me because she had to wake up and let me in my room . Not to mention the Road front desk ladies son flying around the parking lot in the go-kart she tried to resell to me for $2,000. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. God bless you.
