Liked: comfortable bed, quiet, plush towels great shower. very happy . we stayed overnight to have a surgical procedure early next day.

Liked: It was clean and relatively inexpensive for the area. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: It was not the Ritz, but it was better than comparably priced hotels in the area.

Liked: Walking distance to the Caltrain station, clean and comfortable.

Liked: I have stayed here many times. I like the friendliness and courteous staff and it's located on El Camino Real which is convenient for food, traveling etc

Disliked: nothing works.TV needed a complete reset. they were not able to do it, so had to do it myself.in the middle of my shower the next morning the water stopped. never came back. no Technician.had to leave with shampoo head.I was told I get a refund.Nada as of yet.What a dump!

Superb

Liked: Raj was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before noon and waited in breakfast room until our room was cleaned. He allowed us to check in 2 hours early and check out 1 hour late. Several restaurants, Trader Joes, and Walgreens within walking distance. Free breakfast included orange juice, strong espresso, yogurt, cereal, toast, cream cheese, coffee cake, croissant, tangerines, and apples. Scheduled Uber ride to SFO was $43.
Disliked: I was puzzled by the white powder on the counters near the food. Maybe cleaner that wasn't quite removed? I would have loved just a pot of regular coffee and creamer.

Bad

Liked: Ants for breakfast, no milk for cereal, no replenish of cereal 1/2" gap all around door, train noise from 6am -11pm, direct TV remote...no direct TV. Promised a 10%discount? Should have been 25% but never received it. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!
