Great location if you catching...
Liked: Near to the Euston station we taking train from. Just two minutes.
Disliked: Nothing really except it’s small and for the purpose of being near to the train station, it fits the purpose.

Liked: It was relatively clean and a good location.
Disliked: The poor communications by staff and nobody taking personal responsibility in dealing with us as clients.No one contacted us until our final night trying to help us, but this was too late.The photograph's on the webpage are not accurate and make the Club Double rooms look larger than they actually are. Do not stay if 2 in the room, very small and tight.Also they charged us 1 Pound (without authorisation) for a bottle of House Water (they Only provide 1 small bottle per day.

Lovely hotel with everything you...
Liked: Perfection location close to Kings X/Pancras for easy access across London. Nice room with plenty of storage space and aircon.
Disliked: The price for early check in.

Liked: Lovely lobby and reception area, the rooms are stunning. Very spacious, clean, tidy, and a great design. Great sized television and brilliant customer service in a prime location not far from Covent Garden in a walk. Definitely recommend

It met our needs but...
Liked: The hotel was lovely—very close to the train station, with clean rooms and incredibly kind staff. However, the rate I was charged didn’t match the price listed on Booking.com. I ended up paying more, which doesn’t feel right. I’m not sure whether the discrepancy was on the hotel’s end or Booking.com’s, but the original price should have honoured.
