Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Liked: It was surprisingly quiet for a motel -- we had a really good sleep, and returned a second time and slept just as well. I guess the walls must be nice and thick. The staff were super friendly. There is a fun and friendly pub next door (and if you are arriving late after their kitchen closes, the pub staff don't mind if you order in food, which is good because there aren't other restaurants nearby). You'll need a taxi/uber to get downtown, but it's not too far a journey.
Disliked: As of February 2023, the wifi was not great inside the rooms. So if you have to do a zoom meeting for work (I did), you need to stand in middle of the parking lot, which for some reason has a good signal. But the owner (manager?) said they were going to work on that, so maybe by the time you get there it will be better. In any case, not great if you are on a working holiday. Just make it a real holiday instead!
