Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: The only problem was we only had 4 hours to sleep, got in late and up early the catch the 6:30 am flight. The sheets were amazing!
Disliked: I think there needs to be more detail explaining once you are in the airport how to get to your location. We went outside where shuttles are located on ground floor, then I called the hotel for clarification. Had to go back up stairs with heavy luggage to get the train over. It would have been nice to know those details when I made the reservation.

Basic comfort, conveniently located.

Liked: The location after a late flight was great. It wasn’t completely clear how the Link train worked. Improved signage at Viscount would help. Bed comfortable, nice bathroom, able to control heat in room to cool, good blackout curtains. Good breakfast for purchase. No complaints at all! Basic and good, would stay here again.

Liked: Location, restaurant menu had gluten free and it has everything I needed. Quiet
Disliked: First room didn’t have fridge. Location in industrial area so no view.

Liked: It was perfect. Close to the airport. Easy to get to via train in minutes. Clean ,quiet and had a great bar / restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Liked: The location is so convenient for traveling and easy to navigate. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in - super comfortable.
Disliked: The hallways to the rooms are a bit dark and ominous! Could use a warmer touch.
