Liked: Breakfast was very good. More food than I expected for continental breakfast. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bar. Right next to trolley tour stop.
Disliked: Hotel was fully booked so we ended up in room right up front near the lobby. I would have preferred a more private location but it turned out ok.

Liked: Great location, super friendly staff. Breakfast and Happy Hour were nice to have for some lighter meals between eating out. The vibe by the pool was always chill and respectful, no loud parties. Would book again.

Liked: The people who work at Almond Tree Inn are friendly and helpful. Breakfast items are displayed nicely and the people serving and assisting with breakfast are pleasant. A happy hour is also held each evening. The location and proximity to Duval Street, the southern-most point, Hemmingway House, Truman Winter White House, Mallory Square, etc are within walking distance
Disliked: The Almond Tree Inn is an older motel that has been renovated to acceptable standards. The rooms are small. Our bed springs or bed frame was squeaky. We could hear conversations taking place outside our room. We stayed two nights and parked our white SUV in their parking lot for $30 per night. When we left, we had little black spots all over the car. After the seven hour ride home, we took the care to a car wash. It took three runs through the car wash and manual scrubbing to remove the little black droppings. We were told it was gecko droppings.
