Disappointing

Would recommend or stay at...

Liked: I did not have breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.
Disliked: Overall great hotel for a great price. Being in a major city, there were some homeless people around but none loitering on the property. There were several stores nearby in walking distance for anything you needed. The room was very clean, along with the shower. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Liked: The Room was great. I liked the bed and the bathroom. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The building looks old and the grounds were not well kept.

Horrible

Liked: Nothing!!!!!! Requested a refund. Property was dirty. Had rest room trash that had not been thrown out. Hair in the sheet along with someone’s sock still in the sheets. Cigarette and sewage smell.
Disliked: Everything. Place was a dump!

Would stay again; good value.

Liked: Location was a nice neighborhood, near highway with an inn and out burger and Starbucks next door. Plenty of parking and a secured facility. Clean! Staff was nice.
Disliked: If a balcony option was available I would had chosen that but it really doesn't matter. Didn't even have time to use the pool but it looked clean.
