Liked: Located in a nice part of town.
Disliked: It was very hot in the hotel room. I suddenly realised that there was no air-conditioning in the room. The hotel replied to me that I could always open the window of the room. I explained to the hotel that for the price they charge per night, surely one should expect a room with air-conditioning. However, the hotel management made no effort to offer another room with air-conditioning, even a fan was not offered. I informed the hotel that under these circumstances I would leave after the first night. I had booked for three nights and thus requested a refund for the remaining two nights. The hotel refused this. Needless to say, I left this very customer-unfriendly hotel after the first night.

The park and zoo across...

Liked: Very relaxing in a great area near the city gate. Which was a 10 minute walk through the beautiful park. Staff were great.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable rooms. We were on the back of the property and it was lovely and quiet. Loved the art nouveau features and styling. The building itself is beautiful. The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming
