Great location

Liked: The location was perfect. Literally on the same block as the subway station. Very quiet at night but close to restaurants and shops.

Disliked: The hotel has a posted rate for the car service it uses to JFK.We used it twice.In each case we were up charged upon arrival at the destination, once $5 and once $20.

Liked: It is close to different subway stations. Beds are good. Bathlinen is soft.
Disliked: Elevator didn't work, rooms are not vacuumed well during your stay. It's close to trainstation J/M, you can hear the noice of the trains all night long. The hotel credited our credit card before check-out without prior notice, we did not appreciated that!

i’m worried all the good...

Liked: it was extremely comfortable and relatively central to what we required.
Disliked: on arrival i asked the receptionist to add on an extra night. gave her credit card &c. but she didn’t do it. this was stressful when we were told we had to leave, but the manager was wonderful and rectified everything.
