Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was a big disappointment.Right from the start, the phone in the room wasn’t working, there was no running water all night, and loud, strange noises were coming from the pool area, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is extremely noisy and lacks soundproofing – definitely not suitable for families or anyone looking for rest.The food was also a letdown. Although marketed as organic and healthy, the meals were bland and of questionable quality – the only positive being the large portions.The room was missing basic amenities like toilet paper and cotton pads, and housekeeping didn’t restock them despite requests. The staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive.Laundry service was overpriced, took the entire day, and the clothes came back damaged and covered in lint.Overall, the hotel fails to meet basic standards of comfort and service. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended for a relaxing stay.

Liked: Luxurious while cozyGreat check in , great check outFriendly and pro staff from valet to front desk to other staff walking around engaging with the customer - very rare these days so I appreciated the mini bar lady asking if she could help me with my luggage! That mindset there is priceless!
Disliked: Nothing to moan about . It’s spotless , clean, quiet, and made me want to come back again next time

Liked: The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bathtub was so high up that my friend slipped and fell and got covered in bruises. The food was awful each time we tried it, and not worth the money. The hotel is confusing to navigate. We paid for spa treatments just to find out there’s no normal spa facilities (sauna, steam room, etc).

Disliked: Several little things that were cumulatively annoying. 1. App - guests are expected to download an app and create an account yo get digital access to services like check out etc. great idea but it would only work if booked directly with the hotel NOT if booked through booking.com. This was frustrating as there is very little staff at the front desk. 2. Website says there is a car that will drop off guests in a 3 miles radius. No more it seems. 3. Room - skyline king - very little daylight (unlike picture on website) as the room has two narrow windows with a pillar in between with curtains that were hard to open on both sides. 4. Low lighting is a feature across the hotel- lobby, hallways, bar. Maybe a positive for some but not for us.
