Liked: Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Air conditioning did not work properly and we were very hot in the room the whole time.

Disliked: The parking lot was terrible. The room had no dressers. Loud boisterous customers, and there was an evacuation due to a fake fire alarm. The price given for parking on the phone was A third lower than the actual price. The toilet paper was half the size a normal toilet paper. The toilet roll made you have to sit side saddle in order to use it. We had to move as a result of our first set of tenants next-door. There are no amenities that make it worth coming back to this facility. A much cheaper hotel offers a better accommodation than the Wyndham. In the first room, they never replaced the lightbulb that I mentioned on the very first day. And we stayed there 10 days.

Disliked: The restaurant apart of hotel is Indian food (so no variety), although subway is next to that restaurant (there is other eating place across road & close by). Pillows were uncomfortable, they are due for either new ones or to change the type they are.This is just a personal preference but I like being able to look out window in morning to see what weather is like, having a room with window facing into hotel is not my thing after staying in it. Emergency alarm went off at nearly midnight 2 nights in a row, didn't need to in evacuate in the end and not sure if this is a common thing (not good for anyone having to get up early).

Not a good look for...

Liked: It's hard to say since there were so many issues from the first moment we arrived until the moment we left. I'm surprised a Wyndham was this terrible, unorganized, and unclean. The hotel was actually beautiful, we just wish it was clean.
Disliked: Parking was a literal hole in the ground with only approximately twelve spots available in the entire hole. Not only was my card was compromised as soon as I used it at the hotel it was ran for the full amount plus deposit as a completed transaction immediately which was very different than what I'm used to with other hotels, then wanted another card to use for payment for parking and when I refused and offered cash since my card was compromised, they refused to give me a cash receipt until I left even though I asked numerous times for a receipt for the cash payment. This payment also had to be made separate from the room payment for some reason. Once they accepted my cash payment for parking and refused to give me a receipt, they called my room the next day and asked me to pay the full parking fee again, only to apologize later and say they "would make it right", but I'm not sure what they meant because all they began doing was avoiding eye contact with us from that point forward. There was no apology or accountability that I could see from my perception. The room had trash in the ice bucket from previous guests so when I showed them they took the bucket and said, "sorry about that", but didn't offer me a clean bucket for ice, so we got the ice we needed with our tiny water cup instead; the windows were all smudged and grubby like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks along with greasy grubby spots on the floor where the table legs met the floors as though the tables hadn't been moved to mop properly either. This makes me sad because we were really looking forward to a beautiful stay but in honesty, we couldn't wait to leave.

Liked: Location was perfect. Walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough away to not have to deal with the partiers
Disliked: There was no daily maid service. I had to get fresh towels myself at the front desk every day and request a maid service one of the days because our towels and trash piled up.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. The paper coffee cups on the coffee maker in the room were clearly used. They had stains on the rim from where someone clearly sipped them from. Also the floor in the room was filthy.

Liked: The location was near the places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: YES! The room wasn't clean, sheets were stained, shower was dirty, bed was red comfortable.
