Liked: Location. Price.
Disliked: Room doors are incredibly loud. They self close very fast and hard so they slam pretty loudly. The cleaning and maintenance staff flip the inside door lock to block the door from closing all the way and then they go in and out slamming the door every time. There is a luggage storage room, but it’s open to anyone and not monitored. So anyone’s stuff can be stolen. When we asked the restaurant manager to use a table to take 15 minutes to sign some paperwork, he said no. Even though no one was in the restaurant!Even if your room is ready, they charge $17 an hour to check in early. Ridiculous if the room is already ready. A friend called the hotel to surprise my wife and I with a bottle of wine or champagne sent to our room for our anniversary. After getting transferred and put on hold for 45 minutes, she gave up.

Decent for Midtown Manhattan

Liked: The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to times square. Also, there are three subway lines and Penn Station (Train) within a 5-10 min walk.The room was 'Nice'. It was clean but nothing special. The best thing about the room was it was large enough for our whole group. We had the Premier Family room which can accommodate up to 8 and has two full bathrooms. Our group was only 5 so it never felt crowded.
Disliked: A small microwave would have been nice. There was a small island with a sink and refrigerator but no microwave to heat anything up. Also, it would be nice if there were more places to put your luggage. There is a coat closet but no dressers, only a small desk and chair in the bedroom.
