Really nice hotel and location...

Disliked: Decor in rooms could do with some updating

Liked: The location of the hotel is nice as well as the pools.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms due to our initial room having urine on the toilet seat and hair in the shower and under the covers in our bed!!! Gross. The staff never offered much to make things right, and a manager never reached out to me as I requested.

Disliked: Very slow elevators.

Disliked: The staff in the pool today weren’t not too kind. I don’t remember the name. He was putting on the bracelets to enter the pool area and it seems to me that on a previous visit it was the same one who was not friendly at all to my friends

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a beautiful hotel, in a good location and with helpful staff.

Liked: Everything went well. There were no problems. The room was clean, roomy, well attended to The pool was large and surrounds and pool were kept clean. Food facilities available The beach was easily accessible and clean
Disliked: There was nothing i didn't like. Staff were very helpful with any questions
