Liked: Very clean. Nice neighbourhood. Extremely hospitable staff. 24 hr front-desk availability.
Disliked: Breakfast needs a little more options or variations atleast.

Liked: Always quiet and clean. I always stay there when in Sudbury.
Disliked: Like always the coffee in the breakfast area is pretty bad... light roast is horrible and you should consider serving both a light and a dark (or bold) roast.

Liked: The location was good, staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location was not in close proximity to things.

I always enjoy my stay...

Liked: I often stay at the Travelway Inn when in Sudbury for work. It is always very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The coffee in the breakfast area is pretty bad... maybe try a dark roast?

Disliked: The shower curtains stick to you as you shower which feels gross knowing that probably was doing the same to guests before me. Unless the curtain is changed each guest

Disliked: CoffeeBreak could b better. We had just a few option and the coffee was too light, no options for dark coffee.eggs and sausage were good, but could add a few more options

Liked: Very clean. Close to hospital, Not too much road noise.
Disliked: No in-building .restaurant and close-by affiliate Perkins restaurant is not good qualitySelection of free TV channels very limited. Regular room proce seems high for this hotel

Pleasant

Liked: Food is good but it would be great for pancake or waffle person. Maybe have a waffle/pancake maker for people who prefer it other than bread toaster.
Disliked: My little ones spill a drink on the floor and i did offer to clean it as it was my kids fault. I work for a a facility where we always offer a help no matter how big or small it is. The front desk staff did not at all offer any help but just hand me a towel to clean it myself. Its not her fault but as a customer service staff we always offer our help.
