It was ok the location...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold and there was a scent ongoing of perfume, the hot hot was hot and took hours to come back on

Liked: Decorations in room where nice
Disliked: Beds were very squeaky. Upstairs and hall noise came through room easily

The hotel smells very strong...

Liked: Of course the location is great for Universal Studios
Disliked: We had to leave the hotel after the first night because of the smell in the entire hotel. It’s smelled of really cheap men’s cologne and it was very strong. My mom and I both have asthma and we could not breathe very well because of the fragrance that is used in the ENTIRE hotel. We moved hotels after the first night:(

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Check in staff was super helpful and friendly. The lobby is cute. The room was roomy.
Disliked: Beds needed more sheets. Fan was really loud.
