Our stay was not as...

Liked: Yummy breakfastComfy bed like ours at home
Disliked: We paid for a River view room and, at checking, we’re told we were “upgraded to a partial River view room”. Our room was also very close to the elevator (room 1604).

If it wasn't for the...

Liked: Staff was wonderful, food was great and location is perfect. Valet was very helpful and took good care of our vehicle.
Disliked: Pricing was deceptive, all of the hotel items was missing slippers, robe, toothbrush and paste, shaving blade etc. Some used soap on sink and mounted shower shampoo was there. Billing after was confusing and not accurate.

Quiet and relaxing environment.

Liked: Very quiet and relaxing environment. Breakfast was great, and restaurant fire and oak was great.
Disliked: With room had a microwave. The tub was small.

Amazing hotel , beautiful

Liked: Amazing hotel , everything were so perfect , view , jacuzzi , amazing room , amazing bed , quiet , clean , nice , safe , nice area , beautiful sunset with Manhattan view , employees were so polite , my best best hotel in NY
Disliked: Thé breakfast buffet could be better and there is no shower at the pool
