Superb

Liked: San Luis is a very nice resort to relax.
Disliked: Desiree, the pool waitress, brought us our drinks, and instead of her saying, "Would you like to close your tab or leave it open?" She said, "I am keeping your card." My family and I thought that was so unprofessional. The water temperature for the pool was hot. It's was like a hot tub. We told the front desk, and we were told it had been like that for two weeks. Also, another guest had complained before us.

Liked: The staff, the view, the amenities.

Disliked: Rats all over the pool and I did not see any Rat Bait stations around the area which any resort hotel restaurant should have around their public areas Theres restaurants behind the pool area I cant imagine whats happening inside I have videos&pics

Liked: Room was nice, location was in good proximity to beach and restaurants. Pool area was kept clean and food was very good.
Disliked: Was disappointed in the fact that this is a beach front hotel with no amenities for the beach such as chairs or towels. People are traveling and rarely are able to bring these items. Disappointing that they charge additional resort fees as well as parking

Birthday getaway

Liked: Location was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Room didn't have a microwave.

Liked: The convenience of being close to beach
Disliked: Some staff members were rude, something we didn’t see during previous stays. The pool area seems to have become more accessible to a few people who paid extra for their poolside seats!!! Some pool staff were harassing us to leave our seats as well, to the point that we left a day earlier than our reservation. It’s a shame

Train the staff to explain...

Liked: Didn't like my room when I arrived ...very uncomfortable however, the front desk was kind enough to switch rooms for me..pool amenities were nice with cool views. The spa treatment and facilities were excellent..definitely recommend.
Disliked: I was charged for parking and never was asked how did I arrive or will I be parking a car. The additional room fee was charged after I checked out which wasn't explained at check in...only that there would be a credit of the full incidental fee at check out. It was explained at check out the fees were separate. I dont like surprises when it comes to spending my money. Had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it corrected after checking out....The incorrect charges and additional fees just made the trip frustrating towards the end..the rooms were very average for the price. Bistro restaurant was ok.. preferred to eat at other restaurants off site food taste better - glad those options were available during my 3 day stay.
