Liked: The front desk staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean
Disliked: The wait time just to check in was long. The rooms were small given the price and the fitness center was also small with few amenities given the price

Disliked: Very ghetto and rude I paid all that money just to never go and i didn’t appreciate the way I was yelled and cursed and looked down on I spend over 2k a month on rooms and rental cars this has to be takin care of because I’m a valued customer

Liked: e best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
