Liked: Nothing, we never arrived due to my partner suffering a TIA a few days before we were due to flyPlease not some of the above comments are unfair on the President as we are unable to leave an honest review without ticking alll the boxes and as we never made it to the hotel, (see below), there should be a better survey with a way to get out of giving unfairly bad reviews. It is not our intention to mislead.
Disliked: The welcome letter that was an insult as we had never arrived. Makes rather a nonsense of the Presidents management and administration. It was very upsetting to receive this by email.It is hard to review this hotel and no apology for completely honest answers where possible. We did try to obtain a refund but were bounced back and forth between the President and Booking.com. Not an experience either of us wish to go through again. Very unprofessional on both accounts.

Overall a great choice.

Liked: Great breakfast, super close to the beach and Ocean Drive. Clean hotel, friendly staff. They had the impression that I was travelling alone because my fiancé was not next to me at the moment of check-in and I must say they were very dicreet, offered their help if I needed anything extra. Definitely safe for a female solo traveller as well.
