I would not stay here...

Liked: The one thing I liked was that it wasn't to far from the Orange County Convention Center where my daughter's cheer competition was being held.
Disliked: When I arrived there was only one person working the front desk, so there was a long wait to check in. I specifically requested a non first floor room in my reservation months ago. I was given a room on the first floor. I was told because of how "full" they were that was all they had available. The kicker is my friend who was in line behind me, and who also had a reservation for the same type room, was given a room on the 4th floor. I went back to the front desk, demanded a room change and a room on the 8th floor was interestingly found. The front desk doesn't inform you about anything such as housekeeping services, trash disposal or simple towel replenishment at check in. I'm sorry you see I am staying three nights I may want to bath more than once. There is no vending or even a little shop like most hotels where you can purchase snacks, travel size items or maybe a small bottle of Tylenol.The rooms are small. The shower/tub is so small you can barely do a complete turn. The phone in the room doesn't work and I had to use my cell to call for towels on the additional days of my stay. Keep in mind it takes forever for the front desk to even answer. They advertise king size beds. They may be an inch longer than a queen. The room size alone wouldn't accommodate two true king size beds. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. I mean even Motel 6 has this. The breakfast offered is a joke. Don't waste your money adding it to your reservation. Just go get something or order in from a local restaurant.There was also a constant smell of cigarette and weed smoke in my room. One can only assume the guest in a nearby room were having a smoke fest.I have never been so glad to check out of an accommodation. You couldn't give me a free stay to this place.

Disliked: Terrible breakfast, kitchen not stocked properly…no wine opener! No housekeeping for a 5 day stay, unless you pay for it…unbelievable.Barely any hot water in showers.

Liked: Location. Price.
Disliked: Our bedsheets near the feet end of bed was covered in hair. Both room tvs were not working. Advised staff of no soap in pool area bathrooms and still no soap available the entirety of our stay. Also, same 5 songs on rotation in the pool area was very annoying.

Second time staying - no...

Liked: Staff was so sweet - upon entering and anytime we had a question. Room had everything you needed - beds were very comfy which is a great plus. TV had a great selection as well. Only really used the room when it came to going to sleep so I have no complaints as it’s our second time staying here. It’s in a great location - being near ICON Park and so many restaurants and Walgreens etc.
Disliked: Nothing we disliked about the property itself.
