The experience and staff were excellent. I would recommend my friends to stay there if they are in the area.

Disliked: I thought unusual to charge me a 100 dollars on my credit card as I had prepaid my stay at your hotel.

Over priced and rude customer...

Liked: Most of staff was great the bar tenders were awesome.
Disliked: When arriving the lady working the front desk had a attitude and i didn't appreciate it. I ask to book a room and she told me i would have to call or go online.Kinda felt like i was a inconvenience to her. God forbid someone actually help a paying customer. The price of this hotel isn't near worth the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
