Liked: Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for us.
Disliked: The only thing that concerned us was the loud closing of self-closing room doors at early and late hours. I urge the facilities manager to investigate 'softening' the door closers or provided better cushion seals on the room doors as it reminded me of a cheap hostel when being woken up at 6am or 2am by a loud self-closing door. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Almost everything. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location is ideal. The staff overall were very friendly.
Disliked: The bathtub was quite slippery and the hair dryer was kind of useless. The staff at the bar area were very nice but changed every nite. The same with the staff at the front desk.
