Liked: Comfort, cleanliness, conviently located near where I had appointments, refillable hotel soaps/lotion and FREE appetizers and booze
Disliked: Only issue is bathtub didn’t plug for bath Not an issue serious enough for me to call for help

Liked: The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully appointed, very comfortable. The staff was exceedingly friendly & helpful. We loved the variety of breakfast options. We're recommending the hotel to friends & family.

Disappointing
Liked: Arrived early and was able to get into room right away.
Disliked: Went up during a snowstorm. The roads weren't too bad, but the sidewalks were not cleaned off. Had to walk through snow every time we left the hotel. This hotel is pet friendly, which isn't an issue. The issue was a guest somewhere, either above us or below us, had their dogs in the bathroom, and we could clearly hear them barking throughout our room. We arrived at 2:30pm. The barking was heard until about 8:30pm.

Liked: Bed and sheets where nice and same for the tvs and living room area.

Not as perfect as previous...
Liked: The staff is always very personable and nice to interact with. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfy.
Disliked: My last stay was below average for this hotel. There was a couple surprise policy changes, which may make me hesitate to stay here again. New fee for parking. They now require the physical credit card used to book your room. I often use a business account or pay for my wife or children ahead of their stay. This last stay I was forced to use a card, which is not tied to my business account. Secondly, there were a couple of hairs inside the bedding. This is very off-putting. Lastly, the stove-top was not working in the room I had.
