It was ok.
Liked: The outside was nice. They let you bring your animal. The staff was great. Very Kind.
Disliked: The food was terrible. The hot tub didn’t work. The AC unit wouldn’t keep the fan in had to call maintenance. They were going to give me a refund, but since I booked it through booking.com they couldn’t. The pillows were terrible.

Good but disappointed
Liked: The rooms are great and clean. The pool was fun
Disliked: The hot tub was down and that is a BIG deal for us since we are older and the hot tub is something we look forward to. Not having it up and running made the experience less attractive. The hot tub and the breakfast is lame. Why can't you guys get a waffle maker and a little more food? A little variety is good. You guys probably have one of the worst breakfasts ever.

Disliked: Disappointed in the breakfast. Not as good as other Springhills I have stayed at! All picked over by 9am.
