Liked: Clean, new hotel, quiet, not many guests.
Disliked: Desk manager would not allow me to pay upgrade my room even though plenty of the larger rooms were vacant. Said if she did it would be illegal. I had requested the change through booking.com but front desk manager said booking.com has always had wrong phone number for facility insinuating this was my problem. This rigidity from a Marriott owned hotel is below standard. Wouldn't stay here again. No wonder this hotel was a quarter full during March break when every other hotel was full.

Disliked: I was charged an amount higher than the agreed amount. Did not get a satisfactory answer and had to follow up. Eventually the staff on departure was able to clarify, but the money still hasn’t come back to my account

Liked: A little mix up on the rooms, we had to move twice but staff was good to work with. Motel was crazy busy so I understood why the room mix ups happened
