Disliked: Some things weren’t cleaned properly. The window to outside was dirty and had hand prints and the sink mirror was dirty, and there were dirty fingerprints on the wall above the bed

The pool was nice, and...

Liked: The breakfast and breakfast attendant were both amazing. The beds, bedding, and room ambience were great.
Disliked: Need table, and wall hooks, and medium to light roast coffee in the rooms, and more cable movie channels. Short-staffed, and staff under-trained in room amenities. No employee available to bring shaving supplies to room, and the shaving cream packets were dried up, front desk was vacant most of the time, and they didn’t know anything about the room tv and channels. Noisy neighbors and thin walls. The elevator needs to be replaced…drops and bangs each trip.
