Liked: The staff was nice. The place was clean..the renovations didn't affect us.
Disliked: They said the room would be decorated for the birthday. It wasn't it was a cake. There was a dead bug on the pillow made me understand at first.

Great holiday experience

Liked: The hotel is newly renovated and is pleasant and location is great with the beach close by. Restaurant was surprisingly with a good menu for breakfast and diner. We had delicious food at diner and we ate there three times! The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, specially from the menu was also very tasty. We also loved the pool , the commodities there and the beach: Just wonderful, one can walk for miles on the beautiful strand.
Disliked: In general the staff was very friendly and professional. Then there are the exceptions that sabotage the good work that other staff do so well. They are rude, not motivated and for them it is most laborious to give service to a customer. Also the little work they do, they do it badly. While writing this review, I realize that their behavior is so bad that you have to really motivate yourself not to neglect the good performance of others. A pity !

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff for the most part, great amenities, and the beach access was great.
Disliked: The booking wasn’t updated, they are still doing renovations even though it said they would be done on the 12th of April. So, it’s a little dusty and especially loud during the day, it’s definitely hard to get a toddler to take a nap with construction going on. Not that it’s the hotels fault, but a fight broke out between some tenants that were attending a wedding. The part that was the most irritating was that the event had my toddler traumatized and it started at 10:00PM and wasn’t properly contained until almost 2:00AM.

If we had the view...

Liked: The resort was beautiful.
Disliked: We were supposed to have a balcony with a view and we looked at roofs and air conditioners.
