Liked: Everything seemed fresh and new
Disliked: The receptionist who checked us in during the evening was very pleasant and helpful. But the lady who worked at the front desk in the morning named Kelsey was extremely rude. She was yelling to my family and I about how she just stocked all of the breakfast supplies and how they shouldn’t have ran out already. That wasn’t our problem or our fault. But she certainly raised her voice and there was no need for that. She was very rude and crass and try to make us feel ashamed. Maybe she assumed we took them. In my opinion she should never be allowed to work Customer Service. She doesn’t have the patience and skills with people. She seem to have a short fuse. Also she didn’t have a name badge, rather just a gray sweatshirt on which could not identify her as working for your hotel. The young gal working the food counter did have a name badge and was pleasant. Kelsey, however seemed to change the whole mood of the entire hotel and its guests. Sad to see.

The bed was very comfortable...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: No coffee pot in the room. No ice bucket or cups in the room. The hotel is being renovated and smelled strongly of paint.

Disliked: Pool was closed due to renovation but nowhere did it say on here it was closed, also wasn’t notified when they called to confirm my reservation. Staff were extremely nice, professional, and laid back as can be!

Liked: Hotel. Under construction alot of sand. No clocks no ice machines. Very disappointed.
Disliked: Ok I would have know it was under construction we would have picked different place. No free breakfast only bagels. We should of been Informed oncontrusruib

Liked: This property is being renovated and I didn't know this when I booked. The name of the hotel is not Sleep Inn and this made difficult to locate. The lobby was a mess and only grab and go breakfast. The fourth and third floors were completed and our room was new and clean. Booking rooms should only be made after all renovating is complete

Liked: HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES. VERY CLOSE TO MY BUSINESS MEETINGS.
Disliked: COULD NOT GET WIFI TO WORK, WAS TOLD THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER. FUNNY IT WORKED THE NEXT DAY AT THE MEETING.

Disappointed

Liked: False advertising the whole hotel is under construction and going by a different name than what’s advertised on booking.com
Disliked: The room says it has a microwave and cable tv it had neither. And it is not the hotel that is advertised on this ad. Different name and under construction.
