Clean and neat room. Bed was very comfortable; very nice dining room and good food. Nice polite staff. Will stay there again.

Had to move rooms because...

Liked: Room was quiet despite being right by an outside exit.
Disliked: Had to move rooms because of a dirty shower. Other room not much better. Entry doors weren't secure after hours. Curtains were dirty and there were stained sheets on bed.

Need 24/7 help desk.

Liked: Only the morning receptionist, because the night shift disappeared.
Disliked: My next door guests, were drunk, loud, tv was loud and they were slamming door until 4:30 am. I tried get help from stuff members, I called receptionist several times. I went downstairs and there was no one to help.

I won't stay here again.

Liked: I love the location because it was very close to where I needed to be for an appointment. The staff were super friendly and made sure I was ok.
Disliked: The hotel needs an overall make over. The walls were thin. So I could clearly hear the couple next door to me f***ing all night long. And the wifi did NOT work. It kept loosing signal.

It was ok but I...

Disliked: The shower was not very clean. Found others hairs in the shower and the bed. Air Conditioning did not work. Room was not sound proof at all. Could hear every person walking down the hall.
