Great location but hotel is...

Liked: Location of the hotel is great. It's wallking distance to SoHo and Nolita. Also across the street is the subway access to the rest of the town. The bed was very nice and comfy. The sushi place inside the hotel is great.
Disliked: The weekends can be very noisy outside and the rooms are not that great sound isolated. So it keeps you up if you are a light sleeper. Also the interior of the rooms and the hotel is dated and a bit worn down. The sleeping couch was not comfortable at all and should not really be counted as a sleeping place unless an additional mattress would be provided to cover the hard bedsprings. Final point is the breakfast. Quite expensive and slow service.

Disliked: Absolutely my worst experience with a hotel ever. If you read the comment then you know there’s a night club INSIDE the hotel. I don’t know if the front desk person hated me or something when I checked it, but he puts me right across the night club’s door. Woke up at 2am and went to concierge to ask for change of room and got the biggest attitude from the front desk person. No apologies. What’s funnier was that even the club bouncers were friendlier than front desk. Avoid this place at all costs. I spent almost 1000 for two night. You can do better then me.

Disliked: There is a Techno Night Club on the 7th floor. The music starts as early as 6 p.m. and continues until 3 a.m. They play it loud enough to shake my ceiling and walls. There is no way I would send my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. On top of, there are all sorts of hidden fees not accounted for on the booking site. Including a $35.00 "Experience fee" and several others. They'll even bill you extra if you put your doggie bag inside of the mini-bar fridge.

Liked: The room was spacious, functional, clean. Personnel was friendly and eager to help.
Disliked: We had to ask for a refill of complimentary coffee capsules on day 2. They were not replenished otherwise.
