Liked: there were 3 rooms booked for my birthday weekend and staff were great about allowing early check in when able and they were able to have the rooms close together. the location for us was great. housekeeping was also very good and staff were pleasant and helpful and left nice notes

Liked: The hotel facilities were satisfactory. Breakfast was rich! The location of the hotel was also very nice!
Disliked: 1) Parking is insanely expensive. We found it ridiculous paying 60 USD per night. This is also stressed out in plenty other comments about this hotel in Booking.com but the hotel administration doesn't seem to care. We ended up parking on the street. It's free of charge from 21:00 - 07:00 on weekdays and Saturday. During the day, if the park is parked there throguhout the day it costs approximately 20 USD. There are plenty of free spaces on the street. San Francisco might not be the best city to park the car on the street, but that particular area felt safer than others. Make sure that all the belongings are removed from the car! 2) The hotel employee who checked us in appeared to be very bored and grumpy. We did not feel comfortable about it.3) The room was very small, especially given the fact that it is meant to serve 4 people! There was definitely lack of space.4) Expensive! Paying so much money for a small room for 4 people was just disappointing.

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and it is located near the docks so there was a lot to see (didn't have a car for much of the time there).
Disliked: I learned that parking is $50/day which i think is insane. Way too high.

Overall, I’d stay here again!!

Liked: Beautiful, clean and quiet environment, with many conveniences. Enjoyed the fire pit and the location to the Wharf and other attractions could not have been better!
