Disliked: Old out dated, didn’t smell good wasn’t real clean towels looked dingy. People staying there seemed like they lived there

Disliked: The room had rain coming in the front door but it was late so when I called the desk he was like I’ll check it out tomorrow. I felt he should have offered me something I almost fell sliding into the room on the very wet floor

Disliked: Bed needed to be changed from the first one in the room to the second one. First one was worn out mattress. Second bed in the room was like new but unable to use as located too close to the wall.

Liked: the location was nice and the staff were friendly. The bathroom presented really in looks.
Disliked: the beds were quite stiff, the bedding was outdated and had to stand on it. The toilet gave us a really hard time flushing and got clogged.

In general it was good...

Liked: Clean room and staff was very helpful but no breakfast was available with the exception of coffee. Great on/off access to the highway and close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Outdoor facilities were run down: for example broken chairs by the pool, and only 2 small pillows on the beds
