Ann, Winchester New Hampshire Fri, 19 September 2014

Liked: This was a trip my sister and I took. We flew down to watch the Red Sox play the Pirates. It was right across the street from the park! The Courtesy desk was unbelievably helpful. I couldn't say anything wrong with the wonderful people you have working there. Being from out of the state we knew nothing and they were fantastic. The shuttle bus was wonderfully useful also. The room looked like an apartment, not a hotel room. We had a wonderful trip. The price was cheaper than a room in Boston near Fenway Park.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was a great room. My husband was so impressed when we entered. I thought it was a little small for the price but I have to say it was very clean and the room was very nice. We also got a free breakfast. It was just a shame that we weren't in town to see baseball and our venue was close to the baseball stadium so we had to pay so much because of baseball. We made the same trip last summer and we stayed over the bridge and it was so much cheaper and the room was just as nice.

Liked: Beautiful room; great breakfast.
Disliked: Price was a little high.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel. I will stay there again.

Liked: Our hotel room was very nice and so was the hotel itself. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool table after we came back to the hotel late at night. It's very close to everything.
Disliked: We got lost on the way there using GPS. When we called the hotel they told us not to use the address on the website but to use a different one. I shouldn't complain about free breakfast but the hot breakfast was kind of sad. They did have some cereal and make your own waffles so it wasn't horrible. Parking was extra and cost $19. I didn't use the pool but it is pretty small. The weight room looked great.

Liked: Bed and pillows were great
Disliked: Room never cooled off - we complained but the issue was never fixed and there was no linens for the sofa bed

Kari Sun, 10 July 2016

Liked: It is close to the downtown and easy to reach from our destinations. Everyone was so kind to our dog.
Disliked: The cost of parking a car is steep for such a crowded and unkempt parking lot. Why is it that there are more cars there when there is a game at the Ballpark, bit they disappear after the game is over? It appears that hotel staff are allowing friends to use the lot for games and fireworks, making it a hassle for paying guests to find a spot to park.

Liked: PERFECT LOCATION! Great view of the stadium from our window. Room was probably the best we've had in 10 years of traveling. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Michael Tue, 14 June 2016

Liked: Location is within walking distance of everything we wanted. We didn't have to worry about parking. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I honestly thought that I had booked a room with 2 king size beds. It was one king and the children used a pullout sofa-bed.
