Pros: This was a trip my sister and I took. We flew down to watch the Red Sox play the Pirates. It was right across the street from the park! The Courtesy desk was unbelievably helpful. I couldn't say anything wrong with the wonderful people you have working there. Being from out of the state we knew nothing and they were fantastic. The shuttle bus was wonderfully useful also. The room looked like an apartment, not a hotel room. We had a wonderful trip. The price was cheaper than a room in Boston near Fenway Park.
Cons: Nothing.

It was a great room. My husband was so impressed when we entered. I thought it was a little small for the price but I have to say it was very clean and the room was very nice. We also got a free breakfast. It was just a shame that we weren't in town to see baseball and our venue was close to the baseball stadium so we had to pay so much because of baseball. We made the same trip last summer and we stayed over the bridge and it was so much cheaper and the room was just as nice.

Pros: Beautiful room; great breakfast.
Cons: Price was a little high.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel. I will stay there again.

Pros: Our hotel room was very nice and so was the hotel itself. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool table after we came back to the hotel late at night. It's very close to everything.
Cons: We got lost on the way there using GPS. When we called the hotel they told us not to use the address on the website but to use a different one. I shouldn't complain about free breakfast but the hot breakfast was kind of sad. They did have some cereal and make your own waffles so it wasn't horrible. Parking was extra and cost $19. I didn't use the pool but it is pretty small. The weight room looked great.

Pros: I bought the cheapest room, but it was still fully equipped... Microwave, fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher, sitting area, swivel tv. I was shocked! Loved it
Cons: I did not like the $25 parking fee that I was unaware of

Pros: I got the the one bedroom suite I liked that it had a full kitchen. They had a variety of options for breakfast and the outside fire pit, the heated jetted pool, and fitness center was nice. The hotel staff was also very nice.
Cons: The bathtub could have been cleaner and there was some dust on the headboard behind the lamp shades as if it hadn't been dusted. There was also some dirt on the kitchen floor and the pull out sofa you could feel the springs we had to put three sheets and two comforters on the bed to get comfortable.

Wonderful | 4.6 out of 5

Pros: Came to Pittsburgh for my first Steelers game. The hotel was walking distance from Heinz Field. It was a great location. The staff was friendly and the room was great. The decor made it feel cozy and homey. I thought considering the location and the fact it was the only hotel I found that included breakfast, the price was a great deal. Planning to go back to Pittsburgh next season and this will definitely be my hotel of choice.
Cons: The only small complaint I have is the day of the Steeler game we left the hotel about an hour later than every other day. So when the guy came to clean our room I asked him to come back in about 15-20 minutes when we left. He never came back that day. Small thing and really the only thing negative I encountered.

Disappointing | 2.1 out of 5

BY: Tina

Pros: The staff were very pleasant at the front desk, always smiling.
Cons: The room was not very nice, the sofa bed had food inside and the sheets were not clean - not enough pillows, the pool area was nasty. For the cost of the facility this was not a good stay at all.
