I didnt stay

Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: The carpet head holes in it. The room had a very bad odor. There were stains all in the furniture, including the bedspread and stains on it. It was just not comfortable to stay, which I canceled the reservation and I'm yet to receive my refund every time I call the managers, not there to process it. I don't live there. I was on vacation. Now I'm back home, Trying to figure out how I'm going to get my refund.

Disliked: The room smelled like pee and there was garbage in the drawers

Liked: Peaceful. Loved how bedrooms kept the family together but separate when privacy was needed. Very clean

Disliked: Room keys don't work. Switched us to another room that was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. Completely run down.

Disliked: The room was dirty, finger prints everywhere, room door broken, stains on the carpet and the bed, had to change own sheets cause they only do housekeeping on Wednesdays, coffee pot had mold in it, remote for the tv’s in the room did not work and there was someone dirty socks in the room when i checked in.

Disliked: It wasn’t a horrible experience and couldve been better I try not to complain about things that can’t be fixed but these things could have been fixed or prevented.. The place had a bad odor (a PET odor as of an animal peeED all over the couch and floor .. they didn’t have cleaning towels and barely any dishes there was no micro wave plate ..maybe get couch covers would b a good idea the couch bed was pretty nasty .. I think they forgot to refill the soaps and shampoo lucky I had my own (just bring your own everything) and dnt stay here if u dnt like pets it made my allergies flare
