Liked: Location is perfect, it's 7ms drive from my school and I don't need to take the free way which makes it perfect. Easy freeway access when I'm ready to go home. Rooms have balcony, great lighting and privacy (heater usually doesn't work though so I bring my own). Breakfast is ok, I just wish it wasn't the same thing every single day or some sausage and eggs would be added.
Disliked: I wish the staffs interacted more with their clients and be nicer. The hotel I used before that, after the second week of staying with them, I was called by name and welcomed when I came and my routine was known. For the amount of time that I've been going to Ramada, I am very disappointed that every time I come back I have to repeat myself over and over, I do the same check out but yet hotta repeat myself, when I check out, I have to sit there and wait for 5-8ms for my room to be checked before I get my refund. I didn't mind the first time, but I've been going there for over a month and always leave the room clean so there's no reason for me to have to wait that long and even be late for class over check out, that part is the most fustration of it all. If it wasn't for all those issues, I would've rated the hotel a 10

It was a horrible experience...

Liked: It was close to 24hr fitness and the freeway.
Disliked: The laundry didn't work, a big inconvenience. They charge full price but don't offer full amenities. Gym equipment was broken. Maintenance were lazy. The staff take no pride in their work. Front desk gave me attitude when I brought this to their attention. Front desk is constantly on their phone scrolling through social media. No one actually likes the job and it shows. Nobody in the building has integrity about their job.

Disliked: The bathrooms were broke in two rooms the television was broken one room that was no heat they were passing out space heaters and the furniture the bedding and everything in the room was used and worn out.. I was stuck there for 10 days they brought there was a way I would get my money back I cannot believe this is a Wyndham hotel I cannot believe that they actually put their name on this dump breakfast included bagels kind of dry waffles questionable bad coffee and watered down juice. The Bobby was very cold and was filled with gnats or flies but they all hung out at the door and the main doors were broken
