One of the worse hotel experiences Ive ever had

Liked: It was convenient to food and things we needed.
Disliked: The pool was nasty and cold, the room wasnt cleaned the whole time I was there, we had to fight with them to get clean towels and wash cloths. They didnt charge us what they were supposed to when we checked in so they started harassing us about it when they were told to charge everything in full. The staff had their children up there constantly running around. The breakfast wasnt good at all only the waffles.
