Liked: The staff was decent and could tell they were tired. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Rooms facing the lake/canal were noisy with cars passing down below. The Price could've been lower due to the noise.

Liked: My proximity to the London Bridge and shopping area.
Disliked: This hotel needs a makeover. There was a large gap under my room door which let in road noise, the sink drained very slowly and the shower had no pressure. The room was clean and the bar area was okay with a limited menu and good cocktails.
