Liked: Rooms are clean.
Disliked: Door had draft all the way around it. Water pressure in bathroom sink was not great. The faucet for the bathroom sink is to close to the back of the sink it’s hard to rinse your hands. Wall plugs don’t hold the plug in. It’s to loose.

Bad

Liked: The shower pressure and temperature was great. Fridge was cold
Disliked: Filthy air vent in bathroom, ice machine was not working near our room and we had to walk across to the opposite side of property, the door to room did not seal so ICE cold air was streaming in, there were bugs crawling on the ironing board that was horribly stained.Upon checking in, we had to pay a $100 deposit and then have our room inspected before we could get it back in the morning, which we were told would be after 8 am. We used cash, so we had to wait until the employee decided to show up after 9 am. to then have coffee and chat with another employee in the breakfast area. Breakfast was included, which was one reason we chose this property. However, the juice machine wasn't working, the hot food was not kept hot, and no one was monitoring the waffle station that was completely trashed. I did find out that this property is under new management and having difficulty getting new appliances and products, but there are definitely things that could be fixed in the interim. Buying small bottles of juice, replacing weather stripping, CLEANING the air vents, and replacing the ironing board cover. Not to mention, bug bombing the place. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this Quality Inn again and hope that my review is a sincere warning to other travelers.

Disliked: They took my dirty towels and rags and then didn't bring back what I gave them , turned around and took money out of my deposit.

Liked: Nothing. It was outdated the staff was rude.
Disliked: The first room they provided the light in the bathroom was so dim you couldnt even see in the mirror. Not to mention outdated completely . It was very musty and smell. Wedid give us a new room. The tub didnt drain nor the sink. And the manager so rude.
