Liked: Hotel desk staff was very helpful and nice. The place itself was quite comfortable to stay in.
Disliked: Cleaning services never came to take the trash out - its accumulation could have been avoided.

Liked: Fantastic, very polite service. Friendly reception staff. Tasty bagels for breakfast. Cleanliness maintained regularly. Very unique and interesting neighborhood where the time seems to have stood still.
Disliked: The gym was out of order. But apart from that - all was great.

Cheap and not so cheerful

Liked: The room was large and good for a family
Disliked: The room had a kitchen but no utensils, cutlery or crockery so it couldn’t be used. Breakfast was disappointing, two cereal options and a bagel, all served with plastic cutlery and thin plastic plates. I assume to save on the cost of washing up as everything is then thrown away after breakfast.
