Liked: The pool options and the location. Fitness center was nice with good equipment. Having the Starbucks coffee option was nice.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. Small room that was loud. Signage around the hotel was confusing and we had a hard time figuring out where to go to the water park and the fitness area.

Liked: Every single staff person (and there are many) had an A+ attitude and made us feel wanted and appreciated there. They bent over backwards to accommodate. Even though it is a huge resort and owned by Hilton, it never had that detached corporate feeling.
Disliked: I like everything about this resort.
