Ramada by Wyndham Indiana, Indiana

Me and my boyfriend made a reservation online to stay at this hotel; we are both 18 but it fails to tell you on the website that you can't stay there unless you're with someone who is 21; which doesn't make sense for 2 people who just needed a room to sleep in for the night. They told us we couldn't stay and turned us away. I asked why they don't tell you prior to coming that you need to be 21 and she just told me 'she didn't know'. LMAO WOW.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The whole place.

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff was great! Pool and fitness room looked nice, even though we didn't have a chance to use them.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell when we walked in. Lightbulbs over the sink were missing.

Liked: The only thing that saved this weekend was the staff, namely Jill.Pool is nice, breakfast was good.
Disliked: When we arrived, one of the beds was broken. I explained the issue to Jill and she promptly assigned us another room. While I realize this hotel is currently being renovated, the 2nd room we received had some maintenance concerns that should have been addressed. Our toilet was not securely bolted to the floor and each time anyone sat down it rocked and loudly banged against the wall. The door did not close on its own, causing you to use your keycard to unlock the bolt before you could pull it closed behind you. The lighting in the room is poor, even with 4 lamps. Bath towels had holes in them and the curtains next to the door were soiled. The noise from the courtyard is not too bad during the day and early evening. Saturday evening the band at the restaurant was quite loud (we were told they played til 11) which was inconvenient but would have to do. We did not expect another band who was hired by a wedding party to play until 2 am. We planned to have dinner at the restaurant Saturday night only to find out they were serving a limited menu, which was a bummer as my kids were looking forward to specific menu items. I will not stay here again.
