We love Omni but this...

Liked: Facilities were super clean and staff were amazing.
Disliked: "Systems down" the entire stay meant we needed to be let into our rooms every time we had to go up to the room (room keys didn't work). Internet was poor and intermittent. One pool attendant working the entire kids pool meant I had to chase them down to place an order for food and drink. Staff seemed just as frustrated as we were. Arcade could only accept cash. Just a lot of frustrating moments for an extremely expensive hotel
