Nice stay in Old Town

Liked: The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and parking was free. Nice breakfast.

This is an excellent location...

Liked: Room was very comfortable with all modern amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of cold items, was a good way to start the day. The location was excellent, we arrived by Airport Flyer to the Old Town Transit station, then used the excellent transit system to visit all the locales during our stay. We visited, Coronado Island, La Jolla, Downtown, Balboa Park and many excellent restaurants in the region.
Disliked: Finding a table during breakfast was sometimes difficult during popular times. Because of the rainy weather we didn't use the outdoor patio tables. Other than that small inconvenience, the property was excellent for our needs.

Great stay in Julian

Liked: We got in late (our flight into Tijuana from Mazatlan was delayed), and then we had to cross the border, get our car and drive to Julian. I did call ahead and let them know. A very nice woman was waiting for us and gave us keys. She also recommended that we should stop in the San Diego area for a late dinner, as nothing would be open by the time we got to Julian.

Liked: The hotel was very short walk to Old Town and the transit station. Breakfast was easy and varied. Staff excellent. I appreciated the guest laundry facilities.
