I wouldn't stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Liked: It was close to the show we were going to.
Disliked: Room was extremely small; walls were extremely thin and heard other people in the halls; elevator was broken; hallways were extremely hot.

Disliked: I paid $300 all together for my room. I haven’t received my $100 deposit back and it’s been a full month since I checked out. They constantly tell me they are sending out request and will contact me within 24-48 hours. I honestly don’t know what to do and you can’t speak to the manager over the phone.

Disliked: 1) despite multiple room changes the air conditioning was not working, so the rooms were sweltering.2) my personal belongings were thrown away by the housekeeping staff. Despite numerous attempts to contact management, they are ignoring my requests for information and help. 3) due to the above they agreed to provide a late check out for no additional fee, yet the day after I arrive home there is a charge on my credit card and why I ask why, they say it is for the late check out, and so far are refusing to refund it.4) total lack of interest from all staff and management in relation to the above.5) scruffy and old rooms. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Plug sockets not working or hanging off the wall. Metal beds that make so much noise when you move it wakes up the whole floor.

Ok price for location.

Liked: The location is great - living right next to Times Square saved us a lot of commute time and allowed us to see more things throughout the city
Disliked: * This might be obvious, but since the hotel is right next to Times Square, it was very noisy (especially on the weekend)* The windows were quite poor - they provided almost zero noise insulation and also we could feel a slight draft coming from the outside* The beds weren't very comfy - I could feel every small movement of my partner* One day our room was not cleaned at all, not sure why* The sheets weren't the cleanest - we noticed some stains during our stay

Liked: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, THEY SCAM GUESTS! I have stayed for 5 nights, only stayed to sleep and spent all day out, I specifically asked for a non smoking floor, for I despise any kind of smoking device. After my stay this dishonest hotel charged on my credit card US$ 1.000 for smoking fees falsely accusing me of smoking on the room. And when I contacted them, they simply said: sorry, we won’t refund you, cancel your card on your bank. I repeatedly messaged them , the answers was the same until they simply stopped answearing. I found out that this has happened with other people. The absurd fee was more than I spent in the entire stay. I am still appalled and going my way to get refunded and won’t stop at nothing! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND CHOSE THIS SCAMMER HOTEL

Liked: Location is the best, when you step out the hotel you are literally at Times square. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room is really small, but we were out all day so we only slept in it. I didn't like taking the deposit at check in because we had to wait for almost one month after we checked out to get the money back on our account.
